By purchasing any photographs or artwork from Sarah Gower Photography (“sarahmgower.com”) the purchaser (“The Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
The online store for Sarah Gower Photography is hosted by Pixieset Inc via http://sarahmgower.pixieset.com.
All images on the sarahmgower.pixieset.com website are the property of Sarah Gower Photography. Photographs are not to be copied, reproduced, resold or published in any media without prior permission from the photographer.
Whilst all care is taken to represent images on the site as they would appear in print, there may be slight variations due to individual brightness and colour settings of monitors used by site visitors.
All prices listed on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.
All payments for Sarah Gower Photography are processed through either Paypal or Stripe. This allows the customer’s banking details to remain secure (no financial details are seen, kept or stored by sarahmgower.com) for the customer’s peace of mind.
All prints are produced upon request (when an order is submitted) and completed by Atkins Pro Lab in South Australia.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order for processing. Any orders returned due to address inaccuracies will incur additional charges when re-shipping.
Purchases will be printed and shipped after all payments have been made in full.
All items are packed and sent directly from Atkins Pro Lab to the purchaser, via Australia Post. Sarah Gower Photography takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the item(s) during transit.
Sarah Gower Photography takes no responsibility for delays in shipping resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellations of orders cannot be accepted once the customer’s purchase has been printed and shipped.
Because all of our products are custom made/printed for you individually, all sales are final. Digital images may not be returned for any reason.
Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact Atkins Pro Lab directly (your item ships direct from their lab).
